CNC Machine Tool Customization Services

 

 

We offer custom CNC milling machines, nesting machines, plasma cutters, laser cutters, and engraving machines. Customers can choose from our existing models and have them manufactured on their behalf, with their own brand name and logo printed on the machine, packaging, and instructions (OEM). Alternatively, customers can request specific dimensions, features, control systems, colors, and more, and have us design and manufacture custom machines (ODM).

 

Customization Options

 

 

Load Capacity: Custom load-bearing structures are available, with options for light (≤300kg), medium (300kg–1 ton), and heavy (≥1 ton) loads.
Travel Range: X-axis travel ranges from 1300mm to 8000mm, Y-axis travel ranges from 1000mm to 3000mm, and Z-axis travel ranges from 150mm to 800mm.
Worktable Size: The worktable can be customized in various sizes, including 1300×2500mm, 1500×3000mm, 2000×4000mm, and 3000×8000mm. Custom sizes are also available.
Axes: Available in a basic 3-axis configuration, a 4-axis with rotation function, and a high-end 5-axis configuration.
Frame Type: Available in gantry, cantilever, horizontal, and desktop configurations.
Control System: Supports mainstream CNC systems such as FANUC, Siemens, Suntec, Weihong, and Mach3. The interface can be customized in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian, and Spanish), and the operation mode and button layout can also be adjusted.
Electrical and Drive: Drive options include stepper or servo motors. Supports various voltages, including 380V, 220V, and 440V.
Color: Available in black, white, gray, silver, and blue, with custom colors also available.
Surface Treatment: Available in powder coating, electrophoresis, electroplating, and frosting.
Packaging: Available in neutral wooden boxes, custom color boxes, or custom branded boxes; the inner lining can be customized with moisture-proof and shock-absorbing foam.
Logo Display: The logo can be printed on the body (silkscreen/engraving), on the nameplate (metal laser engraving), or on the outer box (color printing/label). It can also be embedded in the system interface or startup screen.
Accessories: Available with screw kits, installation tools, operating manuals, lubrication systems, remote controls, vacuum ports, cables, dongles, and more; optional or standard accessory combinations are supported.

 

 
Customization Process
 
01/

Requirements Analysis and Technical Evaluation:

Customers provide their target industry, functional requirements, and budget range. Our technical team will provide preliminary proposals within 48 hours.

02/

Scheme Design and Drawing Confirmation:

Engineers will produce structural drawings, electrical diagrams, and functional module plans based on the requirements. Upon customer confirmation, prototype development will commence.

03/

Prototype Production and Functional Testing:

Prototype production and preliminary testing, including no-load operation and trajectory accuracy testing, are completed within 7–15 business days.

04/

Customer Acceptance and Mass Production Confirmation:

The customer conducts remote video or on-site prototype acceptance. If no issues are identified, a bulk order is signed.

05/

Volume Manufacturing and Quality Inspection and Shipping:

Assembly, commissioning, and burn-in testing are arranged according to the order quantity to ensure product quality. Adjustments can be made to the voltage, frequency, and interface standards of the destination country.

06/

Delivery and After-Sales Service:

Multiple shipping methods are supported, including sea, land, and air. Operational videos, installation guides, and remote technical support are provided.
