Our five‑axis CNC wood mould machine is developed for complicated 3‑dimensional wooden pattern processing. The swing spindle head can tilt and rotate freely. It finishes side milling, under‑cut carving, inclined‑hole drilling and curved‑surface shaping in one single clamping. This equipment mainly works on wooden mould, casting wood patterns, curved solid‑wood components, sculpture blank, bent‑wood furniture parts. It also handles EPS foam, resin, composite board and soft‑aluminium mould material. No repeated workpiece re‑positioning is required for multi‑angle complicated shapes.
