This is a five-axis CNC machining equipment with a gantry-type frame structure. It is equipped with a large-sized vacuum suction worktable and an independent CNC control cabinet. The body has strong rigidity and high operational stability. It can complete multiple complex curved surfaces of workpieces' milling, engravin, drilling, slotting and other processes with high precision in a single clamping state. It is widely applicable in industries such as woodworking furniture, mold manufacturing, advertising signs, and composite material processing, and can be adapted to the processing needs of various non-metallic materials and some soft metal materials.
The independent frequency converter is used to control the spindle speed and operating status. It can flexibly adjust the speed according to different materials, tools and processing techniques, helping to achieve smooth startup and stable processing.
