This CNC hot wire foam cutting machine is professional thermal cutting equipment for foam materials. It uses heated metal wire to melt and cut foam blocks, controlled by an independent CNC control cabinet. It can process both 2D outlines and complex 3D foam shapes. The large worktable supports big‑size raw foam blocks, widely applied in architectural models, decoration, advertising signs, foam sculpture and EPS packaging industry.

Core Working Principle

It adopts hot‑wire thermal melting cutting technology. The metal wire is heated to constant high temperature. When the hot wire contacts foam material, it melts the foam instantly to finish cutting. No mechanical extrusion on workpiece, so there will be no material deformation. The CNC system drives the movement of hot wire to realize automatic profiling cutting according to imported drawing files.
