Machine Structure

Adopts heavy‑duty integral welded steel frame, after high‑temperature stress‑relief treatment, which effectively eliminates internal welding stress. The whole machine keeps stable without long‑term deformation under high‑speed continuous working condition. X‑axis and Y‑axis apply high‑precision rack‑and‑pinion transmission, delivering fast movement speed and stable running. Z‑axis uses lead‑screw transmission to realize accurate torch lifting. Independent separated control cabinet is designed away from the cutting table. It avoids high‑temperature smoke and metal spatter damage to electric components, easy for daily inspection and maintenance. The grid worktable bears heavy‑load metal sheets and collects cutting slag conveniently.

Core Performance & Accuracy

Working area reaches 1500×3000 mm, meeting processing demands for most medium‑size metal sheets. Positioning accuracy: ±0.08 mm; Re‑positioning accuracy: ±0.05 mm. Max moving speed can reach 8000 mm/min. Fast cutting speed greatly improves workshop output. Equipped with THC arc‑voltage automatic torch height controller. It real‑time monitors arc voltage and automatically adjusts torch height during cutting. It prevents torch collision caused by uneven sheet surface and keeps consistent cutting gap, ensuring neat cutting edges.

Control System

Special dedicated CNC plasma controller for metal cutting. It supports offline operation, no need to connect computer all the time. Operators can import drawings and set all parameters directly on the control panel. Compatible with mainstream drawing formats: DXF, PLT, NC. Multiple‑language interface is optional, including English, Russian, Spanish and more. Simple operation logic lowers skill requirement for workers. Users can edit, modify and optimize cutting programs on the machine locally.

Cutting Capacity & Compatibility

The machine works with different plasma power sources (63A /100A /120A /160A optional). Processing materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, iron plate, aluminum, copper and other conductive metal sheets. Cutting thickness depends on matched plasma power, ranging from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. Compressed air is used as cutting gas for low running cost. It can cut all kinds of complex 2D graphic contours.
